Initial consultations can be provided virtually or in-person, each with different expectations. Please be prepared with a general overview of your program's current level of care, mission statement, and areas of concern that you would like immediate assistance. We will have a candid and comprehensive conversation about your needs, worries, and hopes for your program's future in the initial consultation.

DO YOU ONLY WORK WITH FACILITIES IN LOS ANGELES?
Not necessarily! I have worked with facilities in Southern California, Northern California, Washington State, and Oregon.
I can provide every service that I offer nationally.
I am well-versed in DHCS regulatory compliance (CA specific), however can adopt any US state's regulatory compliance with enough time to prepare. DHCS is one of the most strict regulatory bodies out of any US state!
WHAT IF I NEED ON-GOING COMPLIANCE HELP THAT COULD EXTEND SEVERAL MONTHS?
Best practices is to employ a compliance officer or delegate a leader at your company to be equipped with the expertise required to keep your facility in compliance. If you do not have a compliance officer, this is common! Many providers in this industry are small-businesses. I am able to provide on-going compliance. We can discuss exact needs, length of term, and payment options during your initial consultation appointment.
